The Critical Minerals Africa Group (CMAG) is committed to giving Africa and the companies operating within the African critical minerals ecosystem a seat at the table when it comes to discussions around supply chains and shaping policy.

- Not listed on a stock exchange with operations overseas but based in an African nation with a predominantly African board of directors;

- Revenue must be less than USD 1 billion;
Listed on an African stock exchange with operations / projects in an - African nation;
- Listed on an Australian, Canadian, U.S. UK, or European stock exchange with operations in Africa;
- Not listed on a stock exchange but with operations / projects in one or more African nations;
- Not listed on a stock exchange with operations overseas but based in an African nation with a predominantly African board of directors;
- Have a direct or indirect connection with Africa.

This membership option is open to:

Who can become a Strategic Partner?
Strategic Partnerships are limited to major companies with turn over of over USD 1 billion and open to all sectors including industry, finance, technology and consultancy.
Strategic Partners are not required to be members of CMAG.
